Brenton Faulds joined Rayten in 2021 after working for a sustainability consulting company, where he gained valuable experience in assisting companies with their ESG reporting. Brenton holds a BSc Honours degree in Geography from the University of the Witwatersrand, and is currently completing his Master’s degree part time. Brenton’s focus in his studies is the biogeochemical relationship between water quality and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
After two years of working as an Environmental Scientist, Brenton was promoted to Operations Manager of the technical division at the beginning of 2023. Brenton’s goal is to continually grow Rayten, while maintaining high quality reporting and sustaining client relations. He works closely with the team focusing on completing projects within budget and on time, ensuring the clients’ requirements are met.
Brenton has several additional roles within Rayten and is also involved in GHG reporting, Climate Impact Assessments and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). He developed and is the quality manager for the accredited ISO 17020 management system for EPC inspection body implemented at Rayten.
Brenton brings a positive attitude to the workplace which is infectious to his peers. Brenton brings out the best in his colleagues and never turns away a new challenge.
