Jackson is the Laboratory Manager at Rayten Engineering Solutions. He started working at Rayten in 2018 as a junior field technician. He maintained air quality monitoring equipment, carried out stack emission monitoring, equipment maintenance and reporting. In 2020 he was promoted to senior technician. His responsibilities expanded as he provided technical support and training to junior staff and improved field and lab procedures for improved data quality. In 2021 he was promoted to Lab assistant and was responsible for assisting with data analysis and report preparation for SANAS and clients. He compiled and reviewed detailed reports, ensuring compliance and clarity, addressing client concerns and supporting regulatory compliance within Rayten. In 2022 he was promoted to Lab Manager and is now responsible for overseeing daily lab operations, including staff management and equipment maintenance, managing projects, validating air quality data, ensuring compliance with regulations, leading and mentoring staff and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
